Scheduling For Current Patients

COVID-19: Even though current regulations no longer require mask wearing, I will continue to mask and request that all patients, regardless of vaccination status, also mask while in the office in order to protect our community.

I received my 2nd vaccination at the end of January, 2021 and boosters in Oct 2021 and July 2022.

If you are feeling ill, or believe you have been exposed to somebody who is/was ill, please cancel your appointment.

If you are a new patient, please see the New Patient page. If you have not seen me as a patient within the past seven years, you must re-register as a new patient.

If you have any difficulties with online scheduling, please feel free to call (303) 545-5792 (x2) and we will schedule over the phone.

We sometimes experience difficulties with our telephone system. Please use the contact form instead.  And sometimes it’s the other way around; if you do not hear back from me within 3 business days, please contact me again, maybe using the “other” method.  Thank you and I apologize for any inconvenience.
